Cute little place, loved it. Very clean, great location that is very walkable, great price as well. Host is very nice and helpful. Also, try the Mexican restaurant down the street for a great burger.

Hello, I am a traveler from Korea. The accommodation I chose for this trip to Đà Lạt was a perfect 100 points. Let me explain why. 1. A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room. 2. Self-check-in allows for contactless and quick entry. 3. The room is spacious and comfortable to use. 4. There is one bed and one sofa, but the sofa can be folded out to use like a bed. 5. There is a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. 6. The water pressure is really strong, very strong, truly strong. 7. The hot water comes out in a torrent. The first time, I didn't realize and turned on the hot water, and I almost got burned. 8. There are plenty of appliances: fan, dehumidifier, ventilation fan, hair dryer, iron, etc. 9. The kitchenware is really abundant (induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, of course, and also plates, cups, pots, spoons, chopsticks, etc., really a lot). 10. There is a space to park a motorcycle in the next door's yard (I parked my motorcycle there for 4 days and had no problems). 11. The interior is not bad and it was clean. 12. There are many hangers (more than 10). 13. No need to request anything; everything is provided in the accommodation. 14. The host is friendly and chic, and the host's father lives in the next-next house. Sometimes when I run into him, he greets me with a very bright smile. 15. There is no noise between floors. 16. You can get to the night market within 1 minute on foot if you run (I've never run there though). 17. There are really many ATMs nearby. 18. There are really many cafes nearby. 19. There are really many restaurants nearby. 20. There are really many supermarkets nearby. 21. There is nothing that is not nearby. I have never seen an accommodation providing this level of quality at this price in all my travels, and I am really happy that I experienced it. Don't worry about other accommodations; you will realize this place is truly great value for money. I am someone who values cost-effectiveness the most. In that regard, this place was a perfect 100 points. It was a reservation I absolutely do not regret. I was very satisfied, and the only thing I can do is write a review, so I wrote it diligently. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. Close to everything: cafes, restaurants, night market. The location is truly perfect! It also has a washing machine and a dryer, which is a big plus! Excellent communication with the host, responsive and kind. However, we would like to point out a few drawbacks: an odor in the accommodation that is hard to ignore, high humidity, two holes above the door that let in a lot of outside noise, both in the evening and very early in the morning. And unfortunately, we were disappointed by the cleanliness… upon arrival, the floor had not been cleaned, but the most bothersome was in the bathroom; the bath mat was black and full of hair. I absolutely love this house and had a wonderful week here. I am very sensitive to my living environment, but in this place, I felt completely relaxed and slept soundly every night. The house is located in a peaceful corner right in the town center, blending seamlessly with the surrounding local homes. Staying here felt like truly becoming part of the local community. I was amazed that, despite being in the bustling center of town, I could enjoy such tranquility. I loved hearing the pleasant birdsong before bed at night and waking up to the laughter of children and friendly conversations between neighbors in the morning. Everything here felt naturally comfortable. The location is excellent—everything is close by. Just outside the door, there are delicious restaurants, high-quality cafés, and a few bars. The town’s central market is also within walking distance. The host has put a lot of care into the interior, maintaining every detail beautifully.

Very convenient spot to stay! In between so many different shops, the night market, and bars. You can walk and explore the area as well as get a ride and it not be too far from anything. If we did go further it was at most 30-40 min. Not bad at all! Small studio but very storage and space efficient with how the place was organized and set up. Also cute useable kitchen to cook if you don’t feel like eating out! Really appreciate having a washer and dryer. I was able to get quick responses from the owners with any questions or recommendations. I cant thank them enough! Thank you Bao, thanh, and ngan for making our trip to Da lat smooth and fun! Great price and worth staying again!
Great place for a short stay! The host is very friendly and responsive. The place itself is cozy, well located, and although small, has been smartly furnished so you still have everything you need. Huge plus: there’s a washer and dryer! The only downside is the humidity and dampness of the place, which is why I think it’s only suitable for a short stay.
