Nơi Đây is a directory & listing platform that showcases local businesses (villas, homestays, eateries, cafés…) and displays their information, photos, and availability.

Listing content is aggregated from public sources and/or provided by business owners. Information (especially prices and availability) may be inaccurate or out of date. Content is provided “as is” — please confirm directly with the business before deciding.

Any booking, payment, or agreement is DIRECTLY between you and the business. Nơi Đây only forwards your request and is NOT a party to the transaction, does not process payments, and is not responsible for the business's services.

Basic listing is free. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information on their listing, and may request edits or removal at any time.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not scrape or harvest data in a way that disrupts the service.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

The platform's brand, design, and code belong to Nơi Đây. Each business's photos and content belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Nơi Đây is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with a business.

We may update these terms; the new version is posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
