By accessing and using Nơi Đây (noiday.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Nơi Đây (noiday.com) is a directory and guide edited by ERPFIT CO., LTD: it presents local stays, eateries and services (villas, homestays, restaurants, tradespeople, transport…) with their information, photos and availability. Everything public is published by Nơi Đây editors. Nơi Đây does not sell third-party goods or services, does not take bookings, and does not collect or hold money for anyone.

The host tools (dashboard, Google-Sheet sync, the hold board for a host's own sales team) are software ERPFit provides to each business for internal use; each business manages the users in its own organisation.

Listing content is aggregated from public sources and/or provided by business owners. Information (especially prices and availability) may be inaccurate or out of date. Content is provided “as is” — please confirm directly with the business before deciding.

Any booking, payment, or agreement is DIRECTLY between you and the business. Nơi Đây only forwards your request and is NOT a party to the transaction, does not process payments, and is not responsible for the business's services.

Being in the directory is free. Businesses send information and photos as suggestions; Nơi Đây editors review them before publishing. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they send, may request edits or removal at any time, and can download all their data from the dashboard.

Your directory page, availability calendar, hold board and AI connection are free. The only paid services are Premium (your own subdomain, pages without the Nơi Đây logo) and Sponsored placement in the services directory. Prices are public at noiday.com/bang-gia and include VAT.

• Nothing is bought online: ERPFIT CO., LTD sends a quote and both parties sign a service contract. The website has no cart and no payment gateway.
• Payment: a bank transfer to ERPFIT CO., LTD's company account before the service period. No cash, no personal accounts. The e-invoice is issued on the day the money arrives.
• Delivery: the service is switched on within 24 hours of full payment.
• Renewal: no automatic renewal, no stored card, no automatic charge. A renewal is a contract annex or a new contract.
• Cancellation: by email, at any time. The service runs to the end of the paid period; a paid period is not refunded unless ERPFIT failed to switch the service on in time. Your free page and your data stay.
• Price changes: 30 days' notice; a new price never applies to a period already paid.
• Sponsored placement is always labelled “Tài trợ” (Sponsored). Natural ordering, articles and reviews are not for sale.

A signed contract prevails where it differs from this section. Send complaints about a paid service to info@noiday.com; the parties negotiate first and, failing that, go to the competent court.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not scrape or harvest data in a way that disrupts the service.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Nơi Đây's brand, design and code belong to ERPFIT CO., LTD. Each business's photos and content belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Nơi Đây is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with a business.

We may update these terms; the new version is posted on this page with its date and never applies backwards to a service period already paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
